Big Brain Holdings is seeking a full-time and fully remote research and investment analyst for its venture fund. The role will be wide ranging and hands on, conducting sourcing, analysis, due diligence and writing internal memos on deals alongside conducting research.
The ideal candidate will be deeply curious and have a strong capacity to write and think critically. As a fund with no LPs we provide a lot of freedom and flexibility to the team and expect everyone on the team to exercise this to find unique and interesting opportunities.
Prepare a 1-2 page thesis - It can be anything from a sector-specific prediction, technical research (calling out a technical or design flaws for example) or an investment pitch on a crypto-asset and beyond. We are not looking for general overviews of crypto, any sector or specific crypto asset. Rather, the thesis should be very specific and consist of a clear and insightful argument that can influence any investment decision or how to direct and guide our portfolio companies.
